As it symbolized the eternal nostalgia for an irremediably lost Golden Age, it affected the attitude of intellectuals, artists e composers of its time. The Freiburguer Barockorchester and conductor Pablo Heras-Casado set out in search of this remote spiritual paradise in the meanders of music by Schubert, Schumann and Mendelssohn.
