We know these are stressful times we are living, so we would like to take the time to reassure you that we are taking the current COVID-19 situation very seriously and that we are working hard to ensure the well-being and safety of our guests and staff members.

CANCELATION POLICIES

If you would prefer to delay your travel plans for the time being, we fully understand your decision and to help you navigate these difficult times, we have made the following changes to our reservation policies:

For non-refundable reservations made directly with us (website, e-mail or telephone) we are offering the possibility to change your stay dates with the following procedure:

You will receive a voucher for the full value of your reservation;
Rescheduling is dependent on availability.
You will be charged only if there is a value difference between rates. Please note that we will not make a refund if the new date you choose has a lower rate.
This applies only to guests with reservations until 30th of June 2020.
The voucher may be used only for stay dates after 30th of June 2020 and until 30th of June 2021;
You may give your voucher to another person if you do not wish to use it. Simply let us know in advance when you make your reservation;

For flexible reservations made directly with us (website, e-mail or telephone), we have updated our cancellation policy. You can now cancel free of charge until 72 hours before your check-in date. This applies to all reservations for stay dates until 30th of June 2020. Please contact us at reservations@thecollective.pt for more details.

Please note that these only apply to guests who have contacted us directly to make their reservations. Guests who booked via online travel agents, or other third parties, are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

As fellow travellers ourselves, we know these are challenging times, but our guests’ well-being is our top priority. We remain optimistic that the situation will be under control soon, but until that time comes, we urge you to stay safe and adopt preventive care, such as washing your hands regularly and avoiding places with large concentrations of people. If you have any concerns about your travel plans, please feel free to contact us through reservations@thecollective.pt and we will do our best to help you.
